Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience developing and designing ML technologies and systems
• 3+ years of experience with NLP
• Proficient in Python and related ML and NLP toolchains (such as pytorch, tensorflow, SpaCy, HuggingFace, NLTK, etc.)
• Hands-on industry experience training, evaluating, and deploying Machine Learning models while making necessary tradeoffs given the deployment context

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain machine learning models with a focus on NLP and LLMs for real-world application in the mental health field
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into our digital mental health tools
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying models
• Leverage your expertise to create innovative solutions to complex problems using state-of-the-art ML methods
