Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a machine learning engineering role
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Python programming languages
• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML deployment
• Experience with big data technologies
• Strong background in developing end-to-end machine learning solutions in a production environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and teams
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to learn on the job and adjust in an ever changing domain
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sophisticated machine learning algorithms and models to support the company's objectives in various domains
• Develop and optimize advanced machine learning algorithms and models, leveraging deep technical expertise to ensure high performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Work closely with other engineering teams, data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of machine learning initiatives with business goals
• Tackle challenging technical problems, focusing on innovation and efficiency in solutions
• Ensure the highest standards of model robustness, performance, and security through rigorous testing and code reviews
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the machine learning and AI space to incorporate cutting-edge solutions
• Contribute to the refinement of machine learning development processes, incorporating best practices for scalability and efficiency
• Performs other related duties as assigned
