Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in development or data science/ML roles
• Proficient in ML platforms such as Dataiku, Sagemaker, MLFlow
• Broad knowledge of various NLP techniques including Embeddings, Encoders, NER, Topic Modeling, etc
• Expertise in Python and SQL, with the ability to handle large datasets and complex data models
• Experience with AWS services including Lambda, EC2, Batch, and SageMaker
• Demonstrated ability in deep learning, particularly in fine tuning LLMs and working with RAG
• Familiarity with graph databases like Neo4j and understanding of network effects

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams and data specialists to architect and build advanced generative AI systems
• Lead the setup and management of infrastructure for diverse OSS AI models
• Design, implement, and maintain robust ETL processes
• Innovate and recommend solutions to enhance our technology portfolio
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables efficiently
• Maintain and manage code within a Git repository
• Mentor and guide the Data Team, promoting professional growth and technical excellence
