Requirements

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in both C++ and Python
  • Strong understanding of trajectory optimization, reinforcement learning algorithms and imitation learning
  • 4+ years of experience in designing, training, and deploying ML models
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
  • Eager to stay current with emerging technologies and committed to continuous learning
  • Conference or Journal publications in Machine Learning or Robotics-related venues

Responsibilities

  • Research, design, implement, optimize and deploy deep learning models that advance the state of the art in data-driven control algorithms for trajectory and path generation
  • Designing reward functions to improve vehicle behavior
  • Developing tools and metrics to analyze system errors and measure performance improvements
  • Optimizing model and system performance for real-time inference
  • Participating in code and design reviews

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with autonomous driving applications in areas such as perception, prediction, planning, or simulation
  • Experience with CUDA and inference optimization for real-time systems
  • Publications in reinforcement learning (RL), inverse reinforcement learning (IRL), optimal control, or robotics
