Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in both C++ and Python
- Strong understanding of trajectory optimization, reinforcement learning algorithms and imitation learning
- 4+ years of experience in designing, training, and deploying ML models
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Eager to stay current with emerging technologies and committed to continuous learning
- Conference or Journal publications in Machine Learning or Robotics-related venues
Responsibilities
- Research, design, implement, optimize and deploy deep learning models that advance the state of the art in data-driven control algorithms for trajectory and path generation
- Designing reward functions to improve vehicle behavior
- Developing tools and metrics to analyze system errors and measure performance improvements
- Optimizing model and system performance for real-time inference
- Participating in code and design reviews
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with autonomous driving applications in areas such as perception, prediction, planning, or simulation
- Experience with CUDA and inference optimization for real-time systems
- Publications in reinforcement learning (RL), inverse reinforcement learning (IRL), optimal control, or robotics
