Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
• Confident knowledge of z/OS, JES, TSO, JCL, ISPF, Scheduler, OMVS
• Proficiency in German and English (minimum B1 level)

Responsibilities

• Write, modify, and schedule batch jobs
• Analyze job logs and troubleshoot issues
• Coordinate updates with other teams regarding releases
• Prepare, deploy, and test new releases
• Manage datasets
• Participate in operational testing
• Provide 2nd/3rd level technical support for related applications
• Manage tickets and documentation according to ITIL standards
• Solve complex problems through root cause analysis
• Ensure adherence to processes
• Participate in incident, problem, change, and configuration management
• Active participation in daily/weekly customer meetings
