Summary

Join Life360 as a Senior Manager of Amazon & Marketplaces and lead commercial growth and execution across Amazon and key European marketplaces. You will be responsible for delivering the Amazon revenue forecast, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring best-in-class operational execution. This role is crucial for supporting Life360โ€™s growing international presence and reports to the Senior Director of Sales, Devices, and EMEA. You will own the Amazon Vendor Manager relationship, drive promotional planning, and collaborate with the Amazon agency to align paid media with sales goals. This senior sales leadership position focuses on commercial performance, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional coordination to drive growth across UK and EU marketplaces. The role requires frequent travel to London, including monthly office visits, and applicants must be based in the UK.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working directly with Amazon Vendor Central
  • Strong background in managing commercial relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers across the UK/EU
  • Proven success in delivering against revenue targets and building country-level account strategies
  • Deep operational expertise across product setup, catalogue health, PDP optimization, and promotions
  • Experience coordinating with Amazon agencies or internal marketing teams to align media with sales goals
  • High attention to detail and ownership mindset - you thrive in environments where accuracy and execution matter
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with internal teams across marketing, operations, logistics, and finance

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial relationship with our Amazon Vendor Manager and AVS across the UK and EU markets
  • Serve as the sales lead for Amazon and Marketplaces, aligning regional strategy with business goals
  • Own account plans and deliver against forecast on revenue, margin, and sell-through targets
  • Coordinate with our Amazon agency to ensure advertising strategy supports country-level sales objectives
  • Lead joint business planning and promotional calendar execution, ensuring cross-functional readiness
  • Manage catalog health, product mix, and growth initiatives across regions
  • Conduct regular audits of product listings to maintain brand standards and reduce content issues
  • Monitor performance across Amazon, Bol, and other marketplaces, identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies (Creative, Marketing, Finance, Ops) to ensure smooth execution of go-to-market initiatives
  • Represent the Amazon and marketplace business in QBRs and cross-functional business reviews

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other marketplaces (e.g., Bol, CDON, etc) is a plus
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus
