Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Anaplan solutions, including substantial exposure to solution architecture
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • An Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification is required

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of sophisticated Anaplan planning solutions that address complex business challenges
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional peers to gather requirements, understand pain points, and propose tailored Anaplan solutions
  • Develop comprehensive Anaplan multi-dimensional models that optimize processes, enhance functionality, and align with best practices
  • Oversee and guide the integration of Anaplan with other systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to a growing team of Anaplan resources
  • Lead by example and set high standards for solution architecture, quality, and adherence to project timelines
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to both the team and stakeholders across Dynatrace
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Anaplan features and industry trends, incorporating them into solution designs and team skill development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams, with a strong ability to motivate, mentor, and foster collaboration
  • Demonstrable expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and the entire FP&A operations lifecycle
  • Advanced proficiency in Anaplan functionalities, including modules, lists, dashboards, complex calculations, and data integrations
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Anaplan models and solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to align tactical efforts with broader business goals
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and an understanding of project management concepts
  • Additional certifications such as Anaplan Certified Solution Architect, are highly desirable
  • Familiarity with other EPM tools, data visualization platforms, or business intelligence solutions is a plus
  • A results-driven attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for continuous learning
