Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis or data science, with 3+ years managing both reporting functions and analytics/data science functions
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, such as R or Python, for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Uses data to speak the truth, even if that truth is inconvenient
• Ability to effectively partner cross functionally

Responsibilities

• Own the data analytics and data science efforts for our developer pillar and our marketing efforts
• Ensure that the work your team produces is technically sound, impactful, and can have an impact on Circle’s business
• Provide feedback to help improve your team’s work and help members of the team grow
• Be a trusted partner to our product, engineering, business development, and marketing teams and work with them to make the best decisions possible for Circle
• Build the appropriate rituals and structures to run a smooth running, organized, and impactful team

Benefits

• Base Pay Range: $205,000 - $265,000
• Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
