Join Clover Health's Business Enablement team as the Sr. Manager EPMO & Business Relationship Manager. Partner with the VP, Technology Strategy to operationalize the EPMO and strategic areas driving the CLOVTech operating model. Oversee day-to-day EPMO operations, strategic initiatives, and project alignment within organizational portfolios. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders, senior leadership, and external partners to deliver projects successfully. Act as a bridge for project execution, focusing on business outcomes, financial performance, and relationship management. This role is crucial for ensuring portfolio contributions to the organization's overall success and alignment with strategic objectives. Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP, Technology Strategy to operationalize the EPMO and the strategic areas that drive the CLOVTech operating model
- Oversee day to day EPMO [Enterprise Project Management Office], strategic initiative and ensure the alignment of projects within the organization's portfolios [P&L, Corporate, Innovation, Optimization]
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and their teams, senior leadership, and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals
- Act as a bridge for project execution with stakeholder engagement, focusing on business outcomes, financial performance, and relationship management
