Summary
Join our Internal Audit group at Unity to contribute to and improve the company's operations. As a key team member, you will support Enterprise Risk Management, Continuous Monitoring, Operational Audits, and the evolution of Unity's Internal Audit program. You will help Unity achieve its business objectives by evaluating the effectiveness of governance, risk management, compliance, and control practices. This role involves leading risk management programs, executing audit engagements, and building relationships with key partners. You will also support other internal audit programs and maintain awareness of Unity's business and industry changes. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not offered for this position.
Requirements
- Experience in establishing and maturing risk-based programs
- Experience in leading integrated operational audit and advisory projects through the lifecycle (scoping, planning, fieldwork, reporting and follow-up)
- Ability to construct well-targeted management reports within the context of business and industry, as well as operations and practices
- Knowledge and experience in financial, process, operational, and technology reviews, as well as risk assessment required
- Strong organizational, research, verbal, and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead Unityβs Enterprise Risk Management and Continuous Monitoring programs
- Lead successful execution of risk-based integrated audit and advisory engagements, including effective communication of results to process owners and cross-functional leaders
- Establish and own relationships with key partners as their strategic risk advisor on establishing internal controls and process efficiencies, providing insight and direction on risk management
- Keeping current on Unityβs business as well as industry, and the impact of the changes to the audit plan or approach on risk assessments
- Support other Internal Audit programs including SOX Compliance and other projects
Preferred Qualifications
- CA/CPA, CFE, CISA and/or CIA a plus
- Big 4/consulting and industry background in AdTech or Software industry
- Continuous risk assessment and continuous auditing experience
- Positive "self-starter" can-do attitude and excitement to drive positive impact at Unity
Benefits
Gross pay salary $121,300 β $164,200 USD
