Senior Manager of Change Management

Summary

Join Dynatrace and lead change management initiatives, developing and implementing strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. You will collaborate with project teams, design training programs, and monitor the effectiveness of change management strategies. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in change management within the technology industry. Candidates within a 45-mile radius of Waltham, MA will work hybrid, while remote work may be possible. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in change management
• Minimum of 7+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance
• Lead change management activities including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans
• Design and deliver training programs and communication plans to support change initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and adjust as needed
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers to support them in their role as change champions
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address resistance and ensure successful change adoption
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree is preferred
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the technology or software industry is highly desirable
