Summary

Requirements

  • Proven ability to establish PMO structures while actively managing projects
  • Strong ability to synthesize and communicate complex topics in a clear, concise manner for executives
  • Persistent and results-driven approach, ensuring accountability and forward momentum
  • Experience working across both business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution
  • Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in program and project management team leadership and hands-on execution

Responsibilities

  • Establish and evolve project management frameworks, governance, and reporting standards for the broader team
  • Implement best practices, tools, and templates for the team to continuously improve project execution and cross-functional collaboration across the project management team
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts across the team, refining processes to increase efficiency and project success rates
  • Provide clear, executive-level reporting, distilling complex details into concise, actionable insights
  • Advise product leadership on scaling project management capabilities across the organization
  • Support change management efforts, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Work with Initiative Owners to manage a variety of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and delivery
  • Work across business and technical teams, ensuring cross-functional coordination and execution of assigned initiatives
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, keeping projects aligned with broader business objectives
  • Adapt project scope, timelines, and priorities as needed to meet evolving business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, or Agile certifications
  • Experience with a leading consulting practice
