Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales development related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience directly managing a SDR team within the healthcare / health tech industry
  • Leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage SDRs which includes experience in coaching and developing team members and ensuring consistent performance
  • Performance management skills including ability to set goals, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions to drive sales
  • Sales strategy and execution that requires an understanding of the sales development process and pipeline management
  • Has technical skills in using CRM tools to manage team needs, understand reports and analytics to drive best practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee the development and execution of strategies to identify and qualify new business opportunities. Ensure that SDRs are effectively prospecting, reaching key contacts, and qualifying leads in line with the company’s sales goals
  • Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) and the Marketing team to ensure alignment on lead generation campaigns, target accounts, and sales objectives. Provide feedback on market trends, customer pain points, and lead quality to enhance go-to-market strategies
  • Continuously assess and refine the sales development process, incorporating best practices, tools, and technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and results
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales development team, such as pipeline generation, lead conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness. Use data to make informed decisions and optimize processes
  • Stay up to date with trends in the health tech industry, competitive landscape, and buyer behavior to refine sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities

Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoominfo, Outreach, and Nooks
