Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Field Operations

Summary

Join Coupa as a Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Field Operations in the APAC region. This role will focus on maximizing sales performance, planning sales strategies, measuring KPIs, and analyzing data to guide the sales team and collaborate with stakeholders. You will build relationships with the sales team and global teams, providing feedback and implementing strategies aligned with Coupa's global goals. The position requires strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills, along with experience in management consulting, operations, or program management. Requirements

• Fluent in English with 5+ years’ experience in Management Consulting, Operations, Program Management, or a similar role within a regional or global context
• Proven ability to design and execute sales programs, with strong skills in strategy and analytics
• Skilled at simplifying complex data into clear, actionable insights and presentations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment; adaptable and proactive
• Familiar with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, and highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Lead and track global sales programs to support both local execution and corporate objectives
• Ensure consistency across key commercial operations, including demand generation, forecasting, and value realization
• Collaborate with regional leadership to refine segmentation, coverage, and territory planning aligned with global go-to-market strategy
• Partner with Enablement and internal teams (Finance, HR, IT) to deliver sales enablement programs and support annual commercial planning, including quotas
• Provide coaching based on the global sales framework and contribute to strategic initiatives through analysis and cross-functional collaboration
