Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM Program Management, IT and/or Security engineering roles
  • 2-3 years of experience supporting and implementing Privilege Access Management solutions
  • 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Strong understanding of various fraud types and prevention techniques (e.g., account takeover, payment fraud)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling for fraud detection
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of fraud detection engineers and analysts
  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of identity engineers in an Okta environment
  • Develop the strategy around access management for our cloud environments
  • Implement strategies for proactive fraud detection and prevention
  • Analyze large datasets to identify emerging fraud patterns and vulnerabilities
  • Collaborate with product, legal, and operations teams to integrate fraud prevention measures into new and existing features
  • Manage incident response for fraudulent activities, ensuring timely investigation and mitigation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging fraud trends, and new technologies
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fraud detection effectiveness and team performance
  • Prepare and present reports on fraud trends, system performance, and team initiatives to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in Okta, fraud examination, identity solutions or risk management
