Summary

The Senior Manager, Technical RMM Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) Sales will provide technical expertise to clients globally, engage with customers, design solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and troubleshoot technical issues. This is a remote opportunity within the US and Canada requiring 7+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role
  • 1-2 year managing people with a preference for experience in an IT or SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solutions and related technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to design and architect technical solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Willingness to travel 40% or more to meet with clients and attend industry events

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations, proof of concept (POC) setups, and technical presentations
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges
  • Design and architect RMM solutions that meet customer requirements and integrate with their existing systems
  • Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the RMM solutions
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for customers and partners to ensure they are proficient in using the company’s products
  • Assist customers with technical issues during the sales process, working closely with the support team to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide post-sales technical support as needed to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Monitor and respond to technical inquiries from customers and partners
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align technical strategies with business goals
  • Participate in sales meetings, providing technical insights and updates
  • Manage the Sales RMM MSP Partnership team providing direction, support, and resources they need to perform and grow
