Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Test Engineering and quality assurance for web, mobile and backend in complex, high-traffic, enterprise environments
  • 5+ years of experience in test engineering management, leading cross-functional and cross-disciplinary teams, including mentoring managers and fostering career growth
  • Proven success in developing and executing an org-level test engineering strategy, vision, and roadmap covering circuit, component, sub-assembly, and final product testing
  • Expertise in building and refining system architecture for measurement and test systems and defining trade-offs across competing requirements (e.g., cost, schedule, and technical necessity)
  • Proficiency in automated test tools and frameworks; skilled in scaling CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Selenium, Appium JUnit, and TestNG for robust, maintainable automation
  • Programming expertise in Java, with hands-on experience in automated API testing, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and object-oriented design
  • Experience with mobile test automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest) and a strong background in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
  • Skilled in test implementation scheduling, evaluating deadlines, and aligning test plans with product release schedules to optimize time-to-market
  • Ability to motivate and coordinate across engineering, product, and business functions to meet ambitious goals around cost, quality, and schedule
  • Proficiency with data analysis dashboards and reporting for real-time insights into test metrics, enabling data-driven decisions for engineering and operations
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and continuous testing, fostering a high-velocity testing culture that supports rapid release cycles
  • Strong collaboration skills to validate end-to-end system architecture and improve cross-functional processes, test procedures, and test architecture design
  • Experienced in mentorship, evaluations, conflict resolution, and recognition to cultivate a highly motivated, engaged team
  • Ability to leverage third-party suppliers, consultants, and partners to maximize efficiency and team performance
  • Familiarity with Linux, SQL, bash scripting, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and other cloud technologies, along with a deep understanding of infrastructure as code and version control

  • Partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to align testing strategies with project goals, timelines, and customer needs
  • Identify testing gaps, implement innovative automation methodologies, and enhance frameworks to improve test coverage, reduce time-to-market, and maintain high quality
  • Set a high bar for quality by leading through example, fostering team resilience, and promoting a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Define long-term quality strategies to scale testing operations effectively, ensuring the organization stays ahead of industry trends

  • Annual Bonus Target**: 15%
