They are looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in manual software testing and knowledge of test management tools. The role involves creating test plans, managing issue tracking, leading manual testing initiatives, and potentially taking ownership of QA projects and leading the QA team. This position is fully remote with flexible hours and an option to attend the office.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Manual Software testing
• Experience with Test Management tools
• Independent mature professional with willingness to lead the team in future
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Build test strategy, create test plans, test scenarios, test cases, documentations and reports
• Manage issue tracking from identification, replication, documentation, and final testing
• Plan and lead manual testing initiatives to ensure software releases meet or exceed requirements
• Take ownership of QA projects and leadership of the QA team in future

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge in Test automation tools, Project Management, Team leading is a plus
