Senior Marketer

Summary

Join From Day One, a rapidly growing media company, as a Digital Marketer to spearhead our expansion into the Canadian market. You will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies, managing email marketing campaigns, and building relationships with Canadian partners. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), and Canadian email marketing best practices. You will collaborate closely with sales and audience development teams to drive engagement and increase conversion rates. Requirements

• 5+ years of demand generation marketing experience within a B2B context
• Fluency in Canadian rules and best practices for email marketing
• A Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
• This position requires a 4-year college/university degree at minimum
• Candidates should have a strong academic background and a minimum of 5 years of full-time, professional post-graduation experience

Responsibilities

• Own all elements of demand generation from strategy to execution
• Generate demand using a robust toolkit of methodologies, including direct email, paid media, content marketing, SEO, and social media
• Run audience and B2B marketing campaigns
• Leverage and evolve our marketing practices and CRM to nurture our leads and increase conversion rates
• Conduct web research to identify opportunities for business development
• Work with CRO, VP Sales, and CEO on marketing tactics and creative
• Work closely with the senior Sales and Audience team members to support their outbound efforts through marketing assisted campaigns and collateral

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs
• Master's degree or global equivalent

Benefits

• This is a full-time salaried position
• Starting salary is $100,000 CAD per year with opportunities for regular advancement and raises
• This position is remote, but please be available to meet with stakeholders based in or near the greater Toronto area if requested
