You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of brand experiences, ensuring a standout presence at key industry events. This role requires a strategic, creative, and execution-focused marketer who can seamlessly integrate brand storytelling, event activations, and audience engagement strategies. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure event moments are amplified and aligned with pipeline goals. Success will be measured by key metrics such as event engagement, brand consistency, pipeline contribution, customer participation, and event ROI optimization. Requirements
- Increase event attendance and audience interaction by 25% across in-person and virtual activations
- Ensure 100% alignment between experiential activations and SmartRecruiters’ brand messaging
- Drive 300 high-intent MQLs per quarter from event-driven marketing programs
- Secure customer and industry leader participation in at least 5 key events per year, ensuring high-value engagement
- Improve post-event lead conversion rates by 30%, ensuring strong follow-up impact from live and virtual experiences
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of brand experiences, ensuring SmartRecruiters has a standout presence at key industry events, conferences, and owned experiences
- Design and execute immersive brand activations, from trade show booths and live demos to interactive installations that capture audience attention and drive engagement
- Develop experiential marketing strategies that create strong emotional connections with customers, prospects, and industry influencers
- Plan, manage, and execute SmartRecruiters’ corporate marketing events, industry sponsorships, executive summits, and virtual webinars
- Collaborate with content, PR, and social media teams to ensure event moments are amplified across owned and earned channels
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Growth Marketing to ensure events are aligned with pipeline goals, drive engagement, and support revenue-generating opportunities
- Partner with Customer Marketing & Advocacy to ensure customer voices are featured prominently in live and virtual event experiences
- Develop creative networking opportunities, VIP experiences, and community-building moments within events to strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders
- Ensure SmartRecruiters’ thought leadership and innovations are front and center in all experiential marketing activations
- Ensure every experience, from keynotes to brand activations, is fully aligned with SmartRecruiters’ messaging and positioning
- Work closely with design and content teams to develop branded materials, immersive digital experiences, and interactive storytelling elements that make SmartRecruiters’ presence stand out
- Support executive and customer engagement strategies within events, ensuring high-impact thought leadership and brand influence
- Define and track key experiential marketing metrics, including event engagement, lead generation, and customer interaction quality
- Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize experiential strategies and improve event performance
- Work with Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure event-driven engagements translate into pipeline acceleration and measurable business impact
