Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all digital marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. You will serve as the central point of contact for project status, manage workflows and resource allocation, and monitor key operational metrics. Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain a high-performing team environment. This role requires 3-5 years of project management or operations experience in a digital marketing agency, a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with project management tools. Requirements

• Have 3-5 years of experience in project management or operations, ideally in a digital marketing agency environment
• Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and excel at leading and motivating teams
• Can articulate well and speak English professionally (IELTS Band 9, CEFR C2, or native)
• Are proficient with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello) and basic budgeting
• Able to provide at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday)

• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring smooth project execution and a high-performing team environment
