Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in media buying, with a proven track record of managing complex and high-budget campaigns
  • Extensive knowledge of digital advertising platforms and media buying techniques
  • Proficiency in media buying tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager), as well as analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ComScore)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic, and display channels
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining a strong adherence to best practices
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and staying ahead of industry trends

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies that align with overarching marketing goals and objectives
  • Lead the optimization of media campaigns through advanced data analysis, adjusting strategies to enhance performance and maximize ROI
  • Oversee the allocation and management of significant media budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Negotiate with media vendors to secure the best possible rates and placements for advertising campaigns
  • Serve as the primary client contact for all media buying-related matters, providing regular updates on campaign performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and client services, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior media buyers, sharing best practices and helping to develop their skills
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in media buying and digital advertising
