Requirements

• Have +5 years of experience in mobile development, strong consulting, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Have solid experience with hybrid mobile development with React Native in real, complex and scalable projects
• Have strong experience managing risk, leading teams and have solid knowledge of product value and business impact
• Skillfully write high-quality, well-tested code and be comfortable with Object-Oriented programming and good coding practices like SOLID principles, Clean Code, TDD, among others
• Design and build solutions taking into consideration the fundamental concerns affecting mobile software such as single vendor limitations, constrained execution environment, disconnected operation, discrete release cycles, accessibility, privacy, etc
• Be comfortable with Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban
• Enjoy influencing others and always advocate for technical excellence while being open to change when needed
• Have a presence in the external tech community and willingly share your expertise with others via speaking engagements, contributions to open source, blogs and more
• Be resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives

Responsibilities

• Learn and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using practices like TDD, mobile architecture patterns, design, and pair programming
• Use and advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software as well as value to end customers as early as possible
• Work in collaborative, value-driven teams to build innovative customer experiences for our clients
• Use your passion for mobile development to aid our clients in enabling a platform-appropriate, seamless and human-centered experience for their users
• Apply the latest technology thinking from our Technology Radar to solve client problems
• Partner with other technologists from cross-functional teams advocating and demonstrating mobile-first culture
• Oversee or take part in the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to deployment and everything in between
• Act as a mentor for less-experienced peers through both your technical knowledge and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

Have working knowledge of mobile devops/pipeline tools, such as fastlane, gradle, etc
