• 7+ years of experience in a motion design studio or creative agency
• Exceptional skills in motion graphics and video editing
• Expert in Adobe AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D software
• Capable of editing music and integrating sound design
• Ability to use Figma to create animation for digital experiences/delights
• Deep understanding of media platforms like TVC, OOH, Paid Social, and Organic Social
