Senior Motion Designer

Summary

You will be a subject matter expert, driving projects from concept to completion, and mentoring other designers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and skilled in translating complex user needs into impactful motion design. This is a remote position.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion design
• Expertise in Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema4D, and Rive
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and motion design best practices
• Self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple projects and communicate clearly
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative design

Responsibilities

• Independently complete projects from concept to execution, creating animations, in-app experiences, and promotional content
• Act as a primary contact for stakeholder coordination on motion-related design needs
• Collaborate with design and development teams to produce seamless motion concepts and user flows
• Present design work to stakeholders, maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail
• Mentor other designers, sharing knowledge and fostering growth within the motion design team
