Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 and CRM development
  • Proficient in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 and CRM entities, workflows, and business processes
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 integration using APIs, web services, and middleware tools
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, .NET, and HTML/CSS
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and experience in writing complex SQL queries
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM environment
  • Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business processes to meet specific business requirements
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools
  • Ensure data integrity and data quality within the Dynamics 365 environment. Implement data migration and data synchronization solutions as needed
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Dynamics 365 and CRM-related issues. Identify and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
  • Stay current with the latest developments and best practices in Dynamics 365 and CRM technologies. Implement and advocate for industry best practices in system architecture and development
  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and process flows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideal: Experience with Higher Education (Universities & Colleges)
  • Great soft skills, with emphasis in communication and interpersonal skills
