Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on MS Entra (formerly Azure AD)
• Proven track record of leading multiple successful production deployments of MS Entra
• Deep understanding of IAM principles, security protocols, and best practices
• Strong technical skills in MS Entra, including integration with other IAM platforms and third-party applications
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple production deployments of MS Entra, ensuring best-in-class implementation and integration
• Establish and document platform-specific best practices for MS Entra, contributing to the Simeio Architectural Framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support MS Entra solutions that align with our clients' business goals and security requirements
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and technical staff
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing IAM solutions and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IAM and MS Entra
• Serve as the go-to expert for all things MS Entra, providing guidance and support during pre-sales, project scoping, and implementation phases
• Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and presentations to internal teams and clients
• Participate in the development and enhancement of Simeio's IAM service offerings, ensuring they remain competitive and cutting-edge

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are a plus
