Senior .Net Developer

Summary

Join NearForm as a remote Senior .Net Developer based in Poland! We build digital products for enterprises, and we're looking for an outcome-driven individual to contribute to our growth. You will design and build cloud-based applications using Microsoft technologies, lead offshore teams, and ensure technical quality. This role requires strong communication, senior-level .Net development experience in an agile environment, and expertise in Azure and related technologies. Requirements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience delivering at a Senior Developer level in an agile and enterprise environment
• Deep understanding of server side code, with experience of developing in .Net Core
• Experience leading or working with an offshore team
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure Virtual Machines
• Experience with Docker, specifically hosting containers inside another container (specifically Azure VM)
• Deep understanding of modern testing methodologies, tools and practices
• Deep understanding of versioning control tools including Git and Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with microservice architecture patterns

Responsibilities

• Designing & building cloud-based applications using server side technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem, including .net and C#
• Leading and supporting a small off-shore team
• Supporting system design, development and maintenance and take responsibility for technical quality standards within the project
• Assisting with defining structured practices, especially in source code management, building and deployment
• Designing and implementing data storage solutions
• Implementing security and data protection
• Executing meticulous automated tests in line with best practice
• Troubleshooting and debugging applications
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Working with and supporting Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Blazor
• Familiarity with common software patterns (Anti Corruption Layer, Command and Query Responsibility Segregation)
