Senior Node.js Developer

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in developing backend web solutions
• At least 3+ years of experience with Node.js
• Comercial experience with PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of AWS (dynamoDB, lambda)
• Aware that work means continuous learning, development, and change
• Good knowledge of web application architecture and popular design patterns
• Able to independently create readable, testable code in accordance with standards
• Fluent in English (min. B2)
• Candidates from countries other than Poland must have an active VAT status in the EU VIES registry: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required

Responsibilities

• Working with a global international client
• Suggesting and selecting technological solutions within projects
• Participating in the implementation of web applications and microservices in AWS
• Working on adding new functionalities
• Taking care of code quality and readability
• Writing unit and integration tests
• Participating in code review
• From time to time, working on Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• Getting the chance to participate in joint preparations for Azure, AWS certifications
