Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in direct response copywriting, with a strong portfolio focused on B2B SaaS, demonstrating measurable results (lead generation, sign-ups, conversions)
- Native-level English (C2) with the ability to simplify complex SaaS concepts into clear, benefit-driven messaging
- Proven ability to lead content-driven digital campaigns across channels like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email sequences, landing pages, and social
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to craft copy for different funnel stages (awareness, consideration, decision)
- Familiarity with SaaS product marketing, value proposition frameworks, and user pain points
- Skilled in tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, as well as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and WordPress
- High stress resilience and the ability to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities while delivering exceptional results
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Take the lead in crafting high-converting direct response copy tailored to the B2B SaaS audience, including emails, landing pages, ad copy / creatives, and product messaging
- Drive all copywriting efforts across digital channels, ensuring every word is optimized for engagement, clarity, and conversion while maintaining brand consistency
- Strategize and execute full-funnel digital campaigns—paid, organic, and email—with compelling copy as the core driver of results
- Lead content ideation and messaging strategy in alignment with product positioning, user needs, and market trends within the SaaS space
- Collaborate with all departments of a marketing team, such as funnelbuilder, graphic designer, video cutters and product developers to ensure copy and creative work in unison across campaigns
- Own and optimize SEO and SEM copy, from metadata and blog headlines to ad variants and performance landing pages
- Analyze performance of marketing assets (open rates, CTR, CVR) and iterate copy based on data and testing
- Mentor junior writers and content creators, reviewing and refining their work to uphold high standards of clarity, persuasion, and relevance
- Recommend innovations in tone, storytelling, or channel strategy to improve user engagement and conversion paths
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications (e.g., Copyhackers, HubSpot Content Marketing, Google Ads) are a plus
