Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years in consulting and implementing Oracle EBS
• Minimum of 10 years customizing Oracle EBS 12.2.9 in a Multi-Site Environment
• Detailed technical knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain and TCA (PL/SQL, API's and Stored Procedures)
• General technical knowledge of Web Services Business Process Execution Language (WS-BPEL)
• General technical knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• General technical knowledge of Web Services Description Language (WSDL)
• General technical knowledge of Oracle Applications Express (APEX)
• General Functional Knowledge of Oracle TCA, iStore, Quoting, Order Management, Inventory and Advance Pricing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team collaborator
• High attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to complete activities with a sense of urgency
• Expert in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Manage technical sustainment and development activities for a large government entity
• Customize Oracle EBS System using OA Framework, Personalization, Triggers, Workflow, Java, Alerts and PL/SQL
• Administration of BitBucket/GIT Repository
• Administration of Checkmarx/Black Duck vulnerabilities investigation and remediation
• Development of Web Services using BPEL technologies
• Development of solutions using Oracle Application Express (APEX)
• Creation of System Design Documents
• Creation of Functional and Technical Implementation Documents
• Creation and updating of Administration and Architecture Guides
• Creation and updating of System Configuration Documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Developer-level skills in languages such as Java, JSP, and PL/SQ Developer
