Summary

Join Encora as a Senior Oracle Integration ERP/CRM and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and continuously improve software development practices. Work remotely from Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Bolivia. The role requires extensive software development experience with a focus on designing and building scalable applications and specific experience with Oracle integration tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications
• Professional/ Advanced English skills
• +5 years of experience
• Experience with OIC, VBCS, FBDI, BIP Reports, and ORDS
• Must-have technical skills: VBCS and OIC
• OIC requires VBCS, and BIP Reports and VBCS are the most important skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle integrations using OIC, VBCS, and related tools
• Manage and optimize ERP/CRM integration workflows, ensuring performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and support internal and external integrations
