Summary

Join Quantum Metric as a strategic and technical leader to develop and manage the Services, SI’s and Technology partnership program across the Americas. You will identify, recruit, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with global and regional SIs and specialized services organizations. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy, identifying and recruiting new partners, cultivating executive-level relationships, and collaborating on joint business plans. You will also be responsible for partner enablement, pipeline generation, sales collaboration, performance tracking, and exploring strategic alliances with complementary technology companies. Success in this role will directly contribute to Quantum Metric's revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships within an Enterprise SaaS software company and a proven track record of success in building and managing relationships with large System Integrators.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in business development, alliance management, or strategic partnerships within an Enterprise SaaS software company
  • Proven track record of success in building and managing relationships with large System Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, PwC, EY) at a strategic level
  • Experience establishing and growing partnerships with leading technology ecosystem players (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle) where SIs are integral to the ecosystem. Knowledge and experience from building integrated product solutions a definite bonus
  • Deep understanding of the Enterprise SaaS sales cycle and how partners contribute to accelerating revenue
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand partner business models, identify win-win opportunities, and negotiate complex agreements
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills , capable of engaging effectively with C-level executives, sales teams, and technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly collaborative team player with a strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-40% (as needed) to meet with partners and attend industry events

Responsibilities

  • Partner Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy for SIs and Services Partners, aligning with Quantum Metric's overall go-to-market objectives
  • Partner Identification & Recruitment: Proactively identify, qualify, and recruit new strategic SI and Services Partners who are a strong fit for Quantum Metric's technology and market needs. This includes global SIs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, PwC, EY) and regional specialists
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, executive-level relationships within partner organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for all strategic partnership activities
  • Joint Business Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, including identifying target accounts, defining co-selling motions, establishing referral agreements, and planning joint marketing activities
  • Enablement & Education: Work closely with Quantum Metric's sales, product, and solutions engineering teams to ensure partners are adequately trained, enabled, and resourced to effectively position, sell, and implement Quantum Metric's platform
  • Pipeline Generation: Drive joint pipeline generation activities with partners, including joint account planning, client introductions, workshops, and participation in industry events
  • Sales Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Quantum Metric's direct sales organization to integrate partners into account strategies, facilitate deal registrations, and support partner-led sales cycles
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance against agreed-upon metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for growth and optimization
  • Ecosystem Development: Potentially explore and foster strategic alliances with complementary technology companies (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, commercetools) where SI partnerships are crucial for ecosystem development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Digital Experience, Product Analytics, Customer Experience (CX) or Contact Center software space
  • Prior experience at a company that has successfully leveraged partnerships for significant growth
