Remote Senior Payer Enrollment Associate

Summary

Join Rula's team as an experienced Payer Enrollment Associate to help build an efficient and scalable Payer Enrollment Department. The ideal candidate has payer credentialing and enrollment experience, a strong ability to learn new systems, and is excited to work with a talented team to change the mental healthcare landscape.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience submitting provider enrollment applications to multiple payers
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience and working knowledge of National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) requirements
• Experience with Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, or other systems to create reports to track pertinent required credentialing needs such as re-credentialing, and application status

Responsibilities

• Submit provider enrollment applications to multiple payers
• Work with cross-functional teams
• Be a go-to resource for payer enrollment and work with other Rula team members across multiple departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience enrolling providers with various payers (preferably behavioral health) nationally
• Experience working with contracted agents (especially offshore and or nearshore teams)
• Experience working in medical billing/revenue cycle
