Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise reporting environments
  • Deep expertise in Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and Microsoft Fabric architecture
  • Proven experience implementing secure access controls, role-based security, and workspace governance frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI service architecture, dataset refresh strategies, and performance tuning techniques
  • Track record of delivering scalable, maintainable, and highly secure analytics solutions in enterprise settings
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience setting standards and mentoring teams on Power BI development, data modeling, and governance best practices

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade data solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
  • Create advanced data models and DAX calculations to support self-service analytics and executive-level reporting
  • Lead the design and implementation of secure, governed Power BI workspaces and datasets across business units
  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Enforce robust access control strategies and workspace governance to ensure data security, compliance, and operational rigor
  • Establish performance monitoring and optimization standards for Power BI datasets, reports, and semantic models
  • Provide technical leadership and best practices guidance to enable scalable, secure, and reliable analytics solutions
