Join Veriff's team as a Senior Product Data Analyst and become a key player in improving our self-serve SaaS platform. You will translate data into actionable insights, track key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and champion data quality. Responsibilities include delivering insights to improve onboarding, conversion, and feature usage; tracking and communicating key metrics; identifying and proposing fixes for drop-offs; maintaining accurate data; running A/B tests; collaborating with product and marketing teams; and partnering with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of analytics experience, fluency in SQL, expertise in Tableau, and a strong understanding of product metrics. Preferred qualifications include experience with Amplitude or similar tools, pricing experiments, and SaaS billing platforms. Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in analytics, ideally with product-led growth or SaaS experience
- Are fluent in SQL
- Are experienced in Tableau (or a similar BI tool), and can turn complex data into clear, compelling visual stories
- Know your way around product metrics—activation, conversion, retention, LTV, and more
- Have experience in product analytics—such as funnels, feature adoption metrics, A/B testing, and billing
Responsibilities
- Translate data into action : Deliver insights that guide improvements in onboarding, conversion, and feature usage
- Drive product clarity : Track and communicate key self-serve metrics like activation, churn, and upgrade flows
- Unlock opportunities : Identify drop-offs or blockers in the funnel and propose fixes that improve customer acquisition and retention
- Champion data quality : Maintain accurate subscription and billing event data across tools
- Own impact analysis : Run A/B tests and product experiments to evaluate outcomes of growth or pricing changes
- Support scalable infrastructure : Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize onboarding, pricing, and feature usage
- Work cross-functionally : Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance to align insights with self-serve roadmap goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Have worked with SaaS products (big plus)
- Have experience with Amplitude or other similar product analytics tool
- Have supported pricing experiments or usage-based billing
- Have worked with Stripe or other SaaS billing platforms
- Understand SaaS lifecycle metrics deeply
