Requirements

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, etc
  • Experience designing and analyzing online experiments (e.g. A/B tests) as a Data Scientist within a product development team, preferably working with large datasets in a fast-growing consumer technology company
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience in applied statistical modeling in at least one statistical software package (e.g. Python, R, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to improve the CODE team’s decision-making efficiency and quality by advising on best experimentation practices
  • Help teams with designing and conducting data-driven and statistically rigorous experiments (e.g. A/B tests) to support the release of new product features to be used by millions of Gympass users
