Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join Hello Heart as a Senior Product Designer and lead innovation in health technology. You will design user-friendly experiences for our heart health app, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers. This remote position requires 7+ years of experience in consumer product and interaction design, expertise in visual design, and a strong portfolio. You will conduct user research, present design work, and help improve our design system. The role involves working with both US and Tel Aviv teams, requiring collaboration across multiple time zones. The salary range is $150,000 to $170,000 annually.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consumer product and interaction design, including building and shipping consumer tech products, defining user experiences, and conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
• 5+ years of expertise in visual design (typography, UI, illustration, animation, layout, iconography), combined with 3+ years driving strategic product thinking and alignment with product goals
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience
• An outstanding portfolio showcasing clarity and simplicity of user experiences with excellent visual design skills, with amazing illustration capabilities
• Identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to users and the company
• Highly organized with proven high-quality documentation output with expert level Figma skills
• Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward in a remote work setting
• Currently located in a CST or EST state, having proven experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end, simple, elegant, and clear user experiences according to the Hello heart UX guidelines and our robust design language, from concept to launch
• Improve existing UX flows and create new ones collaboratively with Product Managers and other Product Designers
• Design visuals such as illustrations and animations to align with our design language
• Be the “User advocate”. Conduct user research including; user interviews, usability testing, surveys,  and actively participate in the discovery process
• Collaborate daily with our multi cultural and cross functional team of Product Managers, Engineers, Researches and Content Designers to define, design, and deliver products
• Present design work to the team and upper management, ensuring high-quality communication both in writing and verbally
• Help the team grow in quality, pushing the visual design system forward suggesting high quality Pixel Perfect UI
• Work independently and drive forward initiatives in a remote work environment. Identify, prioritize, and monitor tasks, progress of design, development, and documentation
