Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Product Designer in Lisbon to lead projects delivering intuitive administrative and developer experiences, enabling enterprise customers to efficiently onboard their teams, manage their data schema, and integrate with other software in their MarTech stack. You'll also lead projects providing customers with experimentation tooling and AI-enabled insights needed to replicate and improve upon the success of past campaign sends.

Requirements

• 5+ years working in UX and product design roles
• Experience working across the product development lifecycle for web and/or software applications
• Strong visual design sensibilities, with a passion for creating consumer grade enterprise products
• The ability to make the complex simple, with approachable, intuitive interface design
• Empathy for the variety of our customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders that we work with on a day-to-day basis
• Strong organizational skills, capable of leading projects with precision and efficiency
• Excellence in asynchronous communication, adept at articulating ideas and collaborating effectively across different time zones
• Passion for learning and always improving yourself and the team around you
• Must be fluent in written and verbal English

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic design leadership within the Messaging portfolio area
• Collaborate across time zones with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to enhance our product offerings, ensuring an intuitive, impactful user experience
• Lead the design process from ideation to execution, employing your expertise to develop solutions that address complex problems while meeting the needs of our diverse user base
• Engage in all facets of design work, from UX research and discovery to prototyping and high-fidelity visuals, ensuring that every design decision contributes to our overarching goals
• Elevate the design standard within the team, providing constructive feedback and sharing insights that foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with peers to up-level process and operations for our UX functions, including product design, user research, and copywriting
