Join ¡Multiplica Talent! as a consultant specializing in digital talent recruitment. We're looking for someone to propose and take decisions on projects, create an innovative work environment, and ensure design centered around the user.

Requirements

• Understanding of multi-channel experiences within a digital products and/or services ecosystem
• Data analysis: Taking decisions based on data. Selecting types of data to use and implementing this information in the project, having clear understanding of why the decision is made
• Knowledge and understanding of User-Centered Design and Design Thinking. Ability to differentiate between both concepts and the value they bring in their implementation within the project
• Experience applying elements of User-Centered Design and Design Thinking in digital products projects
• Knowledge and understanding of web design system: Knowledge and comprehension of visual elements and component design for web and app. Advanced software management (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)

Responsibilities

• Propose and take decisions from design in projects assigned
• Create an atmosphere that promotes teamwork and innovation
• Generate solutions and propose recommendations for design improvements and new ideas
• Ensure decisions of the team assigned to you revolve around the user
