Summary
The job is for a Senior Product Designer at Swile. The role involves improving interfaces, refining user experience, and solving problems with agility. Key responsibilities include crafting intuitive interfaces, collaborating with PMs, conducting user research, delivering design assets, testing and refining designs, supporting development teams, partnering with marketing teams, and assessing performance post-launch. The Senior Product Designer will also contribute to the design community by improving methods, evolving the Design System, staying ahead of product design trends, sharing expertise, participating in design reviews, mentoring less experienced designers, and maintaining a fluent level of English (C1 minimum) and French (B2 minimum).
Requirements
- At least 8 years' experience in startups, ESNs, or agencies that taught you proactivity and autonomy, creativity in the frame of the respect of technical feasability on Web, iOS and Android
- A mastery of of user-centered design methods
- You have a strong proficiency in Figma and product design tools
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence
- Tackled several complex and long User Researches and shipped delightful solutions as an answer to the problems detected through it
- A mind for research and a heart for mentorship of less experienced teammates, and overall excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A Fluent level of English (C1 minimum) and French (B2 minimum)
Responsibilities
- Crafting intuitive interfaces
- Collaborate closely with the PM to identify the best methods and workshops for our discovery and delivery phases
- Immerse yourself in user research, leading engaging workshops with all stakeholders
- Develop practical solutions that align with our design vision, existing frameworks, and operational realities
- Deliver a comprehensive set of design assets: blueprints, user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and more
- Test and refine designs to ensure they exceed user expectations before development kicks off
- Support our development team in bringing your designs to life, ensuring a smooth transition to production
- Partner with our Marketing and Brand teams to flawlessly launch new products and features
- Continuously assess performance post-launch using relevant KPIs
