Requirements

• +7 years of experience in Product Design, with a rich portfolio demonstrating your journey from concept through to final design
• Expertise in design tools like Figma, and a strong foundation in user research and ideating methodologies
• Independence in managing projects, with problem-solving and creative thinking
• A collaborative spirit, capable of working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints
• Strategic thinking and effective communication skills to advocate for user-centric design across all levels of the organization
• A Strong sense of aesthetics, and capable of enhancing UX with UI visual design and motion best practices
• Exceptional storytelling ability, comfortable in presenting ideas and designs to various stakeholders, including Senior Management

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive user research to gain deep insights into the needs and behaviors of our members and clinicians
• Develop user-centric solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and industry best practices and constraints
• Collaborate with product managers to leverage both qualitative and quantitative data for insights
• Facilitate co-creation workshops with stakeholders to guide user-centric decision-making
• Own the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, including wireframes, user flows, and visual design, utilizing our design system for consistency
• Test and iterate designs rapidly to refine user experiences
• Contribute to the evolution of our design practices, promoting a culture of learning and mentorship within the team
