Requirements
- Have end to end, product design experience, ideally in sophisticated B2B SaaS or AI/ML products
- Be a strategic thinker with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve complex problems and deliver measurably impactful user experiences
- Champion customer empathy, be adept at integrating research insights, and maintain a high bar for both interaction and visual design craft
- Be an excellent communicator, clearly articulating design decisions and research findings to diverse stakeholders
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, actively seeking and providing feedback to improve design outcomes

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of design initiatives from concept to launch, delivering high-quality user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Break down complex, ambiguous AI problems into manageable, actionable design challenges, driving discovery and validation activities
- Put users at the center by conducting research (e.g., usability testing, interviews) to understand needs and pain points related to AI, synthesizing findings into actionable insights
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to influence design decisions and advocate for user needs
- Design interactions for AI-powered features, proposing multiple solutions, and applying visual design principles for polished, accessible interfaces
- Utilize appropriate methods and tools to test hypotheses and communicate design intent efficiently
- Consider the broader implications of your design decisions, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Actively participate in design critiques and contributing to the growth of junior designers
Preferred Qualifications
Have experience with complex front-office systems like CRM or omnichannel tools
