Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Automattic, the company behind WordPress.com, as a Senior Product Manager for our enterprise content management products. • Have experience with Data analytics for measuring product impact
• Have a Track record of product strategy development and execution
• Have Iterative product development experience

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand our customers’ needs, pains, joys, frustrations, and their job to be done
• Work with executives and engineering directors to align on product strategy and vision
• Collaborate with your partners in a cross-functional team, including engineers and designers, to define solutions which delight our customers, helping them make progress against their outcomes
• Effectively communicate with business and product team members to focus a motivated, smart team on the most impactful opportunities
• Use qualitative and quantitative measures to determine the impact of the solution

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience working in a content team
• Be familiar with WordPress and open source technologies

Benefits

• Salary range: $100,000-$165,000 USD
