Summary

Join Embrace as an experienced product manager to manage a portfolio of connected product capabilities focused on foundational commercial customers. You will improve, connect, and expand solutions providing performance visibility using data from 100M+ devices and billions of user sessions daily. Collaborate with engineering and customer success to ensure customers monitor relevant signals, identify exemplar sessions, and verify resolutions. This role involves tackling challenging technical problems at scale and contributing to a high-impact, high-velocity development environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience working B2B SaaS products
  • Strong technical background
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Core hours can support UTC-3 to -8
  • Gathering is integral to our culture for collaboration and connection. We want to ensure that all of our new hires have the ability to travel and meet other team members. We estimate the travel for any given role to be a couple of days every month or two

Responsibilities

  • Field and source feedback across multiple sources: existing customers' feature requests, prospects' evaluation notes, partners' upcoming capabilities, and current users' usage data
  • Identify larger user goals and where we have an opportunity to build unique advantages
  • Orchestrate improvements across engineering, support, sales, and marketing efforts, while providing flexibility for each team's goals and processes
  • Prioritize and balance on-going maintenance/bugs, iterations based on feedback, and launching new features
  • Run without (much) supervision
  • Operate at every level
  • Communicate tradeoffs that impact sales commission, tech debt, and marketing material
  • Build your voice in the Observability space; driving awareness through strong documentation, content, and connections with performance-minded engineering teams
  • Help refine internal processes and goals, to provide high-impact, high-velocity development that fosters ideas from across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding in the areas of data management, Big Data analytics, mobile development, and/or cloud technologies is a plus
  • Prior experience as a software engineer, data professional, system designer, or support specialist
  • High competency and low ego, you have a passion for helping people both inside and outside of your company
  • At least one favorite karaoke song
  • An opinion on Star Wars vs Star Trek
  • Previous startup or small company war stories
