Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years of people management, particularly in overseeing emerging product areas or new market segments, preferably within data-focused or B2B SaaS products
  • Proven experience in product-led growth environments driving adoption and activation
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and align stakeholders around a shared vision
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments that encourage innovation and strategic thinking. Skilled in using customer feedback and market insights to drive innovative solutions

Responsibilities

  • Define, set priorities for, and execute strategic growth opportunities, particularly for service provider expansion
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including executives, sales, customer success, marketing and engineering to ensure seamless alignment and execution of product strategies
  • Establish and own a dynamic product roadmap for their area of focus based on market insights, customer needs, and company goals, ensuring the teams remain agile and responsive to emerging opportunities
  • Oversee and mentor Product Manager(s) to iterate quickly, experimenting to deliver products that strongly resonate with the service provider market
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators, leveraging data insights to assess product success, inform growth-focused decisions, and drive ongoing product improvements
  • Lead market research and customer feedback initiatives to deeply understand the service provider landscape, and champion new ideas and solutions that align with customer needs and industry trends
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling positioning and messaging that highlights product value and drives adoption
