Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ Years of experience working in Product Management
- 5+ Years of experience researching and defining product vision and desired outcomes
- 4+ Years of experience working with data science, machine learning, and AI development teams
- 3+ Years of experience on go-to-market and growth strategies
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology (JIRA, sprint planning, backlog prioritization)
- Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle and data analytics
- Experience managing API integrations
- Understanding of underlying technology components to guide users toward workable features
- Strong experience with cross-functional collaboration between engineering, data science, and business teams
- Ability to talk to data scientists and developers and transform how they do business through data extraction and transcription
- Familiarity with SQL and Python
- Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy
- Engage and collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align on roadmap and priorities
- Partner with engineers, data scientists, and investment professionals
- Oversee API integrations with Carlyle proprietary systems and other applications
- Maintain and prioritize the backlog of tasks in JIRA
- Track and measure improvements for adoption, data quality, governance, and reporting
- Coordinate project tasks and maintain timelines/status updates for stakeholders
- Take the product from strategy to go-to-market
