Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Oddball, a company bringing quality software to the federal space, and become a Product Manager. You will collaborate with various teams to oversee product design, creation, and delivery for federal clients, focusing on solving client problems. This role requires 4+ years of full product lifecycle experience with fast-growing tech companies and leading cross-functional agile teams. A Bachelor's degree is required, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain a low-level security clearance is mandatory. Federal work experience is preferred. Requirements

• 4+ years full product lifecycle experience working with quickly growing, technically focused companies
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional agile teams that deliver user-facing products
• Understanding of multiple disciplines such as Product Management, Engineering, Design, Sales, etc
• Proven ability to solve problems and drive solutions with development teams through data analysis, market requirements, product specifications, and federal requirements
• An eye for quality, organization, and clear communication with teams and clients
• Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
• Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management, engineering, and operations teams to oversee the design, creation, and seamless delivery of various products for our federal clients
• Ensure their products solve the client’s big problems
