Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS (Experience in telehealth is highly preferred)
- Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing other Product Managers
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, with a focus on telehealth features
- Mentor and support junior Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality product delivery
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization
- Partner with customer success and sales teams to gather insights and advocate for customer needs
- Drive product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales teams
- Document product specifications and workflows to ensure alignment across teams
