Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Vanta as a Senior Product Manager and lead the development of Vanta's audit experience, collaborating with customers and audit partners to create a streamlined process. You will be responsible for developing the product strategy and roadmap, deeply understanding customer needs, and translating complex problems into prioritized product goals. This role requires 4+ years of product management experience, a customer-focused mindset, and excellent communication skills. Prior auditing experience is preferred, but not required. Requirements

• Have prior experience as an auditor, financial audit experience preferred, IT audit OK too
• Have 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers
• Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reaching out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with go-to-market teams
• Ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with the analytical skills to justify the approach being taken
• Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders
• Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management
• Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and executives

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand our customers and our market
• Develop the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s audit and auditor products
• Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company
• Deliver a high quality product addressing key customer pain points and creating opportunities for competitive advantage
• Help to define and shape Vanta's product team culture as we grow
